HRD Programs Overseas

Japanese experts are sent to oil/gas producing countries to hold programs and seminars on specific topics at the request of the oil/gas downstream sectors of those countries.

Themes and implementation dates are decided through discussions between JCCP and the counterpart organization in the oil-producing country, based primarily on the request of the counterpart organization.

Customized Course Programs Overseas include programs that are independently implemented by JCCP (HRD Programs Overseas), and those that are implemented by JCCP member companies (Corporate HRD Programs Overseas), with assistance from JCCP.

Since its establishment, JCCP has sent about 5,500 experts abroad to oil/gas producing countries such as in Middle East and Asia.

HRD Programs Overseas Conducted Directly by JCCP

JJCCP independently implement Customized Course Programs Overseas to engineers, middle-level managers, and physical distribution/marketing managers of the oil/gas downstream sector in oil/gas producing countries. This program includes PFC program Overseas (Program Formulation Course by sending experts), which JCCP designs and implements in-depth and comprehensive seminars, such as management, women leadership, environment and safety management. Until 2014, it was implemented as JCCP Program Seminars.

Corporate HRD Programs Overseas

JCCP Corporate HRD Programs Overseas to engineers, middle-level managers, and physical distribution/marketing managers of the oil/gas downstream sector in oil/gas producing countries are also implemented by its member companies' cooperation holding their original programs, in response to such countries' various requests to the companies.
