HRD Programs in Japan
Engineers, middle-level managers, and physical distribution/marketing managers from the oil/gas downstream sector in oil/gas producing countries are invited to participate in programs in Japan. The programs are designed to provide Japanese technology and knowledge, improve capacities, and to promote a deeper understanding of Japan. Such HRD Programs in Japan consist of the programs in Japan conducted directly by JCCP and Corporate HRD Programs in Japan collaborated with member companies. Since its founding, JCCP has received more than 25,000 participants. They comprise JCCP's precious assets, and include many who hold important positions today in the oil industry in their respective countries.

HRD Programs in Japan conducted directly by JCCP consist of two types such as regular courses and customized courses. Thirty such courses are offered yearly, in various fields, intended mainly for engineers and middle-level managers in the oil/gas downstream sector.
Member Company Program in Japan
Upon the requests of oil/gas producing countries, JCCP Corporate HRD Programs are jointly designed by JCCP and its member companies, and conducted at the facilities of member companies in various field intended mainly for engineers and middle-level managers in the oil/gas downstream sector.
