Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-12-20

For next technology leaders in national oil companies, this program provides opportunities to study the management of technology and refinery by Japanese companies in order to develop management capability.

Participants will acquire knowledge of management for each technology-related division and enhance the capability required of technology-oriented top leaders in oil producing countries.
Specifically, participants will study essential and advanced aspects of the Japanese management approach to environmental and energy conservation, and technology development through the case method and workshops.
They will foster their capability with regard to foresight, strategic decision making, and planning, in order to envision new management systems and to efficiently execute their business.
