Objective
Those in middle management learn about current personnel system / measures and the latest cases of Japanese companies, and deepen their knowledge about human resource management in order to cultivate the design / operation ability of human resource management in their own countries.
Main Topics
1. Lecture:
・ Overview of human resource management in Japanese companies
・ About recruitment, evaluation, compensation, ability development system
・ Introduction of the latest cases of personnel systems and measures
・ Team management training (workshop format)
    Improvement of management ability necessary to carry out personnel measures

2. On-site Visit:
・ A Japanese Refinery: Learn about typical practices and 
    strategies of human resource management systems in Japanese companies 
・ A Manufacturing company: In addition to learning about the 
    Kanban method, which is a mechanism for business improvement that is a characteristic of the Japanese manufacturing industry, we also visit gas stations to learn about personnel management in the retail industry of the Japanese oil industry.
