Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-4-18

To provide knowledge of materials technologies, failure countermeasures, inspection technologies and maintenance management of oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG) handling field facilities (such as refineries, stockpiles, terminals, etc.).

Participants will be introduced to materials technologies, failure countermeasures, inspection technologies and maintenance management of oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG) handling field facilities from the manager’s perspective.

1.	Maintenance management of oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG) handling field 
        facilities
2.	On-stream inspection technology, non-destructive inspection technology
3.	Materials, corrosion and damage countermeasures for oil and gas
        (incl. LNG & LPG) storage facilities and pipelines
4.	CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) and its countermeasures.
5.	Reliability of welding technologies
6.	Case study and discussion
7.	Visits to: 
・	A gas company, refinery, or LPG stockpiling company
・	A heavy wall vessel fabricator
・	An engineering company
・	A plant maintenance company
・	A nondestructive inspection company, etc.

Mechanical maintenance engineers with a university degree and at least three years’ experience, or those with equivalent qualifications
