To provide knowledge of safety management in Japanese refineries, including the latest means for designing safe plants, accident examples, maintenance and risk management

Participants will acquire knowledge of Japanese safety management, including trouble examples and countermeasures, and be able to apply it to their respective organization.

6. Risk estimation by insurance companies
7. Visits to:
   ・A refinery
   ・An oil stockpiling base
   ・A DCS and SIS instrument manufacturer 
   ・An insurance company

Engineers specializing in safety management, operation or maintenance at a refinery, with at least three years’ experience and a university degree or equivalent qualification
