Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-9-21

The objective is to learn about current personnel system/measures and the
latest cases of Japanese companies, and to deepen their knowledge about
human resource management in order to cultivate the design/operation
ability of human resource management in their own countries.

・Human resource management in Japanese Oil Industry
・Current HRM of other business fields in Japan
・Latest cases of personnel systems and measures

2. Workshop:
・Sharing & Discussion the issues and measures regarding current status
of way of working in each participants' company

Those who are university graduates or above and are in middle management positions belonging to the HRM / D department, or those who have equivalent qualifications
