Objective | This course is designed for middle managers in the HR department to understand the importance of HCD (Human Capital Development) in maximizing diverse human resources to accelerate organizational growth and acquire practical skills. Participants will be able to apply what they have learned to their work and contribute to improving the quality of human resource development and revitalizing the entire organization. * The purpose of human resources is to utilize employees as management resources, whereas the purpose of human capital is to increase corporate value by improving the value of employees themselves as investment targets. |
