Objective
For promising engineers in the oil and/or gas producing countries, this program will provide opportunities to promote understanding of maintenance management (preventive, daily, routine maintenance), and will allow static equipment maintenance technicians to deepen their understanding of reliability evaluation methods, in order to achieve life extension.

・ Life cycle engineering, plant life assessment and extension planning.
・ Risk based maintenance management (RBM, RCM, etc.) Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM), TPM, etc.
・ Safety control (Safety culture, philosophy of safeguarding, safety design, etc.)
・	Corrosion system and materials.
・ Human resource development for engineers
・ Digital maintenance system (Latest maintenance support system / communication system, IoT, etc.)
・ Turnaround maintenance and daily maintenance
Qualification
Mechanical/maintenance managers or engineers having at least five years’ experience in static equipment maintenance (excluding electricity, instrumentation and rotary machinery) with a university degree, or those with equivalent qualifications.
