To provide participants with wide range of inspection and reliability evaluation methods for static equipment

Practical methods of inspection and reliability evaluation based on rich experiences in Japan will be introduced.

    1.Inspection activities of pressure vessels and piping
    2.Non-destructive inspection techniques
    3.Actual cases of trouble involving refinery plants, and their countermeasures
    4.Corrosion control using inhibitors
    5.Case studies and discussion
    6.Visit to:
        ・refineries
        ・manufacturers of materials and vessels
        ・an inspection company
        ・an engineering company

Maintenance/Inspection engineers (excluding those in electricity / instrumentation / rotary machinery) involved in static equipment maintenance with a university degree and at least three years’ experience, or others with equivalent qualifications
