Lecture - Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®) fundamentals (by preliminary e-learning, under Project Management Association Japan supervision) - The petroleum industry in Japan (by preliminary e-learning, JCCP) - Project management from the perspective of the oil refining company, which is Project owner a) Key points of each phase, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closing phases, and the startup operation after the project b) Strategy of technology, capital investment, an EPC contract, etc. - Project cost management - Construction project simulation, Gamification 2. Workshop (Group Discussions) - Challenges of project management in each participant 3. Visit to: - Refinery and CCS plants: a) Integration projects between oil and petrochemical business b) Strategy of carbon capture for oil refining industry - Engineering companies: a) Schedule, HSE evaluation, and risk management in an EPC project b) EPC project engineering by utilizing IT (Information management) - Heavy industry: a) Gas turbine, motor and pump technologies - Ironworks and manufacturer of high-pressure vessel & pipe: a) Recent technologies for high-pressure vessels b) Duplex stainless-steel pipe c) Non-destructive inspection technologies for predictive lifecycle management (* Updated) |
