Lecture ・Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®) fundamentals (by preliminary e-learning, under Project Management Association Japan supervision) ・The petroleum industry in Japan (by preliminary e-learning, JCCP) ・Project management from the perspective of the oil-refining company, which is the project owner a) Key points of each phase—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closing—and the startup operation after the project b) Strategy of technology, capital investment, EPC contract, etc. ・Project cost management ・Construction project simulation, gamification ・Team building & stakeholder engagement 2. Workshop (Group Discussions) ・Challenges of project management for each participant 3.
