Fundamental technologies ・ Instrumentation and computer system in Japan ・ Basic process control theories and practice ・ Latest DCS systems and engineering practices using them 2. Engineering and maintenance of field instruments ・ Actual field devices: Control valve, flow meter, etc. ・ Latest field device: Wireless instrument 3. Advanced process control system and practice ・ Model predictive control (MPC) ・ Safety instrument system(SIS) ・ Soft sensor technology, etc. 4.
