Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-2-14

To provide some of the key knowledge and important skills for senior management. This can be a good background in current position as well. This course helps having broad view for various corporate activities, but does not provide detailed skills for finance and accounting managers. Site visits to the downstream industry are included.

1. Workshop
    ・Negotiation strategy
    ・Financial accounting
    ・Procurement
    ・Oil derivatives
    ・Decision-making process of crude oil buyers
2. Visits to:
    ・Japan’s largest crude oil staging terminal
    ・A refinery
    ・Product shipping facilities

Managers or those with equivalent qualifications in finance and accounting, or those from other departments who need to gain an administrative grasp of the above business skills and activities

Remarks: This course is designed so as to be suitable for engineers who might take a managerial position in finance/accounting or marketing/trading as well.
