Main Topics | The first main subject is maintenance management & safety management by TPM in Japanese companies. The second objective is to understand Kaizen & TPM activities through actual examples of Kaizen by TPM in Japan. 1.Summary of TPM activities 2.Maintenance management in Japanese refineries 3.Maintenance & safety management by TPM activities in Japanese refineries 4.Practical exercise and group discussion 5.Problems in your section and their countermeasures 6.Visits to ・Refineries– -to learn Kaizen examples ・Maintenance company—to learn effective maintenance ・Engineering company—to learn about systems for maintenance management & HSE risk evaluation |
Qualification | Mechanical and process engineers with a university degree and at least five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of oil refineries, or those with equivalent qualifications |
