Outline of JCCP Regular Course TR-13-16

To provide knowledge of natural gas & LNG processing technologies in the refining, liquefaction, transportation, storage and utilization stages through lectures and observations at heavy industries and an LNG terminal

Participants will acquire comprehensive knowledge of natural gas and LNG, including LNG process engineering and tank technologies, new technologies of natural gas application and be able to apply it to their respective organization.
1.	Energy situation and LNG use in Japan
2.	The global LNG market, including the market for unconventional gas
3.	Natural gas & LNG process engineering and tank technologies
4.	Development and production of natural gas & LNG
5.	Development of natural gas as a new energy source
6.	Presentation and discussion
LNG situation and issue of your country and /or issue in your duty and role of each participant
7.	Visits to: 
・	A gas turbine manufacturing company
・	A manufacturing company of heat exchangers and LNG vaporizers 
・	An LNG shipbuilding company 
・	A steel pipe manufacturing company
・	An LNG terminal for supply of city gas and electric power

Engineers with a university degree and at least three years’ experience in work related to natural gas processing, or those with equivalent qualifications
