History of Japan and the Japanese mentality as the basis of Japanese-style HRM and HRD 2. Introduction of Japanese-style HRM and career development/design in Japan 3. Recent changes in HRM brought about by social changes in Japan and the globalization trend 4. HRD today in Japan 5. Introduction of a training model and case study on HRD 6.
