To introduce Japanese refinery management methods and to enhance management skills and leadership

Top management personnel in refineries will acquire knowledge of various methods of Japanese-style management.

        ･Human resource management
        ･Maintenance management
        ･Safety management
        ･Energy conservation at the refinery

    2.Improvement of leadership capacities through group training

    3.Visits to:
        ･Refineries
        ･An engineering company

Directors, general managers, senior managers, or those with equivalent qualifications in a refinery
